1. Review and sign the First Security Bank ACH Origination Agreement submitted by Treasure Hetrick.
2. Review and sign a Change Order from Tieszen & Sons, the Temporary Roof contractor, to repair the mid and north roof drains as well as board up 3 broken windows in the building.
3. Review and sign a Proposal from High Plains for the design of the structural repair work.
4. Review and sign the Signature Certification and Designation of Deposit form for the CDBG Program for the Musselshell County Capital Improvement Plan and Growth Policy.
5. Sign the Agreement for the new transformer at the Fairgrounds.
