  2. Review and sign Work Order #9 for general Services Agreement for the Musselshell County Growth Policy Update and Capital Improvement Plan submitted by WWC Engineering.
  3. Review and sign Resolution 2025-11 to receive the Montana Main Street Grant MT-MMS-CG-25-007 Adaptive reuse & Mixed Development for the Wier Building in the amount of $290,000.00.
  4. Review and sign Resolution 2025-12 to receive the Snowy Mountain Development Corp for the Wier Building Brownsfield Cleanup Revolving Loan & Sub Grant in the amount of $500.000.
  5. Review and sign Resolution 2025-13 to receive the Montana Department of Commerce Coal Board Grant in the amount of $182,000.00.
  6. Review and sign Resolution 2025-14 to receive the Signal Peak Community Foundation grant in the amount of $50,000.00 for the Wier Building Revitalization Project.
