The Clerk and Recorder’s Office has a full-time position available for a Payroll/Accounting Clerk.
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for compiling and recording County employees time and payroll data to ensure that all employees receive accurate paychecks.
Duties include processing and computing employee time and payroll information. Maintaining all payroll benefits along with processing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for State and Federal government.
Employee will also be performing specialized clerical duties pertaining to the administrative support of the County Clerk & Recorder/Election Administrator when needed.
Applications can be picked up in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office at 506 Main Street, Roundup, MT 59072. All applications must be in by 5:00 P.M. Friday, September 13, 2024.
