NOTICE
MUSSELSHELL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HAVE GIVEN NOTICE THAT THERE ARE VACANCIES ON THE FAIR BOARD, SNOWY MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE MUSSELSHELL COUNTY FINANCIAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
Please provide your name, address and the Board you wish to serve on to the Clerk & Recorder’s office if you wish to be appointed to one of the Boards.
Vacancies on Musselshell County Boards and Commissions which are to be filled by appointment by the Board of Commissioners of Musselshell County shall be noticed by the Board of County Commissioners for thirty (30) days pursuant to M.C.A. 7-1-201. The applications for vacancies will be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for review prior to appointment. A pool of applicants will be held for six (6) months. If a subsequent vacancy occurs within six (6) months from filling the posted vacancy the Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to either appoint from the pool of applicants or re-post the position to acquire more applications. All appointments to fill vacancies on Musselshell County Boards and Commissions will be made during a regularly scheduled official meeting of the Board of County Commissioners.
