8:45                 1. Review and sign Memorandum of Understanding with Randy Hafer regarding the two-month agreement to        hold sale of the Wier Building for proforma development.

2. Review and sign Resolution 2025-23 establishing the Elected Official Compensation Board decision that Elected Officials and eligible employees will receive a $1.44 an hour increase in pay.
3. Review and sign Resolution 2025-24 where the Refuse District is recommending an increase in the commercial and business annual fees to cover costs and increases from Republic.
4. Review and sign the Construction Agreement and Notice of Award for the Roundup Airport AIP 3-30-0066-xxx-2025 for Pavement Maintenance submitted by KLJ .
