There is a resident that is being abusive verbally to Ms. Kenner and has physically tried to stop the guys working equipment.  Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert has informed the man that if he is aggressive again the Sheriff’s Department will be called.

DES Coordinator Fisher gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. There were several fires last week. One on Hawk Creek grew to 258 acres started by a burn pit that came back to life from a month ago.  One was north of Melstone in Rosebud County and then there was a fire at the dump that started because people put wood products in the pit that was burned last month. There needs to be another pit. The EPA report should be in sometime in January. They possibly will be discussing another mitigation grant for the Busy Bee and other properties in the City.

Accounting Supervisor Angel gave her weekly report to the Commissioners. The vendors report for the Jefferies Mine grant was discussed and the Davies Mine was discussed.

Commissioner Goffena and Commissioner Berry left at Noon.
