The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Borner. Commissioner Goffena was present.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda for the day. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the November 23, 2020 minutes as is. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Goffena attended a refuse Board meeting on November 24, 2020. They signed a new contract with Republic. The new compactor is working well. The equipment list has been updated for insurance. They are going to be putting a sign up for resident to not empty their garbage bags into the dump because the loose garbage is blowing all over. The next meeting is December 29, 2020.

Commissioner Borner did not have any board meetings last week. There is a Hospital Association meeting on December 3, 2020 and a special meeting with the Central Montana Health District on December 10, 2020.

Bob Pancratz entered the meeting and will be in and out today due to other responsibilities.

Maintenance Supervisor Jett gave her weekly report to the Commissioners. High Prairie will be working on the bathroom at the County Extension Office.

Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert and Secretary Kenner gave their weekly report to the Commissioners. The East District DEQ application was submitted. The Commissioners will talk to Fergus Electric about an easement for the Riverside Fishing Access. They hauled gravel to Johnson Road and got a mile done, the plan is to continue mowing and blading and Johnson Road.

DES Coordinator Harper and Fire Warden Russell gave their weekly report to the Commissioners. The reimbursement package for PDM-16 is almost completed. The Floodplain violation is now in compliance and they are waiting on DNRC on how to proceed. There were 4 new addresses last week.

Sheriff Lesnik gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. Mr. Lesnik thinks there should be pamphlet or some kind of information on rural life to the new people that are moving into Musselshell County. Commissioner Borner mentioned to Sheriff Lesnik that Carbon County is going to do a bond for a new jail and they were wondering if he would be interested in doing a memorandum of understanding with them for beds? Mr. Lesnik said not at this time.

Treasurer Hetrick met with the Commissioners to discuss where the COVID-19 reimbursements are to go when we get them. The Commissioners said to put it into the general fund.

Public Comment:

Bob Pancratz was present. Deb Adolph was present via Zoom.

There was no public comment.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the final distribution for the State Fiscal Year 2020 Earmarked Alcohol Tax Warrant in the amount of $9,345.00. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

There being no further business the motion was made to adjourn. Motion carried.

Commissioner Borner and Commissioner Goffena did claims on December 3, 2020.

Claims were $210,225.40.
