The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Turley. Commissioner Pancratz and Commissioner Goffena were present. The minutes were done by Garilynn Rapp.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda as is. Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Public Comment:
Dave & Wendy Shreeve: Dave is looking forward to getting the board appointed for the Middle Musselshell County Water District. A meeting was held, and Policies and Regulations were given to board members that were present.
All business and Resolutions approved and voted on by the Commission.
- Review and sign the Resolution 2023-48 to receive the DNRC Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant for DES in the amount of $18,000.00. Commissioner Goffena made a motion to sign, Commissioner Pancratz seconded, motion carried.
- Review and sign Resolution 2023-50 to receive the Emergence Management Performance Grant in the amount of $42,401.00. Commissioner Pancratz made a motion to sign, Commissioner Goffena seconded, motion carried.
- Sign the Encroachment permit submitted by the Central Montana Regional Water Authority in many Sections, Townships and Ranges.
- Sign Encroachment Permits for 2 approaches in Sections 18, T6N, R25E submitted by Moses Borntrager.
- Sign Resolution 2023-52 Appointing Board Members to the Middle Musselshell County Water District.
Board Meetings:
Commissioner Goffena attended the Homes on the Range meeting. The new building was reviewed, expecting project to be 2-3 years out to completion.
Maintenance Supervisor Jett gave her update to the Commissioners and discussed county maintenance operating needs. She updated Commissioners on current projects in process such as the maintenance shed and the A/C installation in the courthouse.
Mayor Jones met with the Commissioners regarding Memorandum of Understanding for court services with Justice of the Peace Marking.
Sheriff Lesnik gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. Reviewed personnel need for the Sheriff’s Office. They will be interviewing for deputy positions and dispatch position next week.
DES Coordinator Rook gave the weekly report to the Commissioners. Fire Staff Stations have ended for the season. New County Map Books have been sent to print. DES has posted 2 positions for Sign Installation.
Public Comment:
Bill and Barb Wacker: Came to review the decision to Abandon Allen Road, as a county road. They asked for the process to re-instate it as a County Road. The commissioners will discuss the processes with The County Attorney.

There being no further business Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to adjourn. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
