All business and resolutions approved and voted on by the Commissioners.

 

  1. Sign the Oil & Gas Lease in the South half of Section 20 and the Northwest quarter of Section 28 in Township 11 North, Range 28 East, submitted by HC Resources.
  2. Sign Resolution 2018-15 establishing Stage 1 Fire Restrictions.
  3. Discuss and adopt the 2018 Procurement Policy.
  4. Approve and sign the Encroachment Permit for Section 23, Township 8 North, Range 26 East #4 Road submitted by Eli Yoder.
  5. Discuss extending the supply line & moving the pump for the Roundup Cemetery.
  6. Open Propane bid.
  7. Approve and sign the Encroachment Permit for Sections 19 & 20, Township 8 North, Range 26 East #4 Road submitted by Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative.
  8. Decide on which window Company we are going to use for hail damaged windows in the Courthouse, there were 2 quotes received.
