The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Goffena. Commissioner Turley was present.
Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert and Secretary Kenner gave their weekly report to the Commissioners. There will be a Goffena Bridge telephone meeting at noon April 7, 2021 with MDT. (Montana Department of Transportation) They would like Mr. Stockert and Floodplain Manager Harper to attend. There will also be a phone conference on Friday April 9, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM for anyone that would like to attend. They are having difficulty getting signatures from landowners on the West gravel site road access. A landowner wanted 7 things added to the consent form that will be included in the body of the application. Gary Eliasson joined the meeting and wondered if any of the COVID-19 reimbursement money can be used for crushing gravel? At the MACRS meeting last week, they were told that it cannot be used for roads or bridges because that is not considered infrastructure, they will get more information from Auditor Denning.
