5. Review and sign Resolution 2023-41 to accept the seconded half of the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund in the amount of $317,455.00.
6. Review and sign the Encroachment Permit for Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 25 East on Golf Course Road submitted by Joseph Brady Smith.
