The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Borner. Commissioner Goffena was present.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Mike Turley joined the meeting for the day.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda for the day. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the December 21, 2020 minutes as is. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Goffena had a Council on aging meeting and he is going to try to find funding for new sidewalks around the building.

Commissioner Borner did not have any board meetings.

DES Coordinator Harper gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. The Riverbank restoration project technical review has been satisfied and the Floodplain Permit has been issued and a copy was given to the Clerk & Recorder for filing. There was 1 new address given last week. Next week the Commissioners need to sign the EMPG Grant funding commitment letter at 3:00 business.

County Agent Solf gave her weekly report to the Commissioners. There is going to be a Soil Fertility webinar every Wednesday starting January 6, 2021 through February 17, 2021. January 21, 2021 there will be a gardening webinar to introduce the new MSU Horticulturist. At some point there is going to be a Montana Level 2 Master Gardener class with Ravalli County.

Ambulance Director Solberg met with the Commissioners to let them know he is going to be getting bids for a new ambulance. He also gave the Commissioners the last three months accounts payable reports.

There was no public comment.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to suspend the rules to add hiring Michele Puiggari for HR issues on the agenda. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 793 transferring money from Roundup High School cash fund to Roundup Elementary general cash fund.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 794 transferring from Roundup Elementary Misc. fund to Roundup High School general cash fund.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 795 transferring funds from Roundup Elementary Fund to Roundup Elementary Food Service fund.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 796 transferring funds from Roundup Elementary Misc. funds to Roundup High School Misc. funds.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 797 correcting A101’s that were posted to misc. revenue 363000 instead of 343046 from July 2020 to December.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 798 correcting A101 # 12328 that should have been posted to fund 2172 not 2170.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 799 correcting A101’s that were posted to misc. revenue #362010 and should have been posted to #343360 from July 1, 2020 to December 15, 2020.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 800 correcting A101 # 12486 that should be posted to acct # 335080 instead of misc. revenue acct # 363005.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 801 Distributing High School Retirement money to Roundup and Melstone Schools.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 802 distributing Elementary Retirement money to Roundup and Melstone Schools.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 803 a Clerk & Recorder credit card fee that was charged to the treasurer office supplies in error in September.

Commissioner Borner signed Journal Voucher 804 for the Road Department transfer from Emergency Road Services to Road Department Mach/Equip. the A101 was put into the wrong account.
