  2. Review and sign resolution 2024-34 to receive the Montana Department of Commerce Montana Emergency Tourism Assistance Program Grant (METAP) for the Roundup Volunteer Fire Department in the amount of $57,798.00. Submitted by DES.
  3. Review and sign Resolution 2024-35 to receive the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) in the amount of $35,185. With a match of the same amount. Submitted by DES.
  4. Review and sign Resolution 2024-36 to update the Policy and Procedure for collection of the aviation fuel sales. Submitted by CFO Kirk.
  5. Review and sign AIA Alternative Delivery Contract from High Plains Architects for Wier Building project for design of the structural repair work and new roof, submitted by Theresa Doumitt.
  6. Resolution 2024-37 to Affirmatively Participate in the Montana Community Reinvestment Plan by Identifying and Approving a Community Reinvestment Organization working with NeighborWorks and Hannah Tester.
