The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Goffena.  Commissioner Turley and Commissioner Pancratz were present.

Sheriff Lesnik and County Attorney Peterson met with the Commissioners.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to approve the agenda after adding Certificate of Survey 2022-2RB. Commissioner Turley seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

Commissioner Turley made the motion to approve the minutes from the February 4, 2022 meeting.  Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

Commissioner Goffena attended the Musselshell Watershed Collation meeting. There is still a 50/50 chance of the drought continuing. Tree removal along the river would help with the amount of water in the river.  Gaging stations were discussed. They will be asking partners to contribute to the Gaging System Program.

Commissioner Goffena attended the LEC Mental Health Meeting on Monday February 7, 2022. There was a Veteran in attendance that would like to see the programs updated.

Commissioner Goffena and Commissioner Pancratz attended the Roundup Community Partners meeting. Snowy Mountain Development Corporation was discussed and how valuable they are to the County.  The Commissioners are going to set up a meeting with Snowy Mountain to go over options for Musselshell County.

Sheriff Lesnik met with the Commissioners to discuss meal claims.

DES did not meet with the Commissioners due to training in Helena.

Treasure Hetrick and CFO Kirk met with the Commissioners to go over budget amendments.

Pam Walling with MACo met with the Commissioners to go over the new Healthcare Renewal rates. Rates will be going up 6.5%. The Commissioners will need to chose up to 5 different plans and decide if they are going to pay for County Employee Health Insurance by April 1, 2022.

Public Auction for County owned property.  No one attended.

Public Comment for 3:00 business.

Theresa Doumitt was present and wanted to give an update from the Roundup Community Partners.  The benches along main Street should be delivered in the next 2 months. They are still working on the Welcome Center kiosk and finding funds to purchase the lot and get it built. Ms. Doumitt also had an update on the refurbishment of the Central School building. The Contractors selected subcontractor came in way over budget so they are going back to negations for the project.

Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to sign the Interlocal Agreement Between the Fergus County Joint Recycling District, Vehicle Recycling Program and Musselshell County.  Fergus County Resolution 2022-6.  Commissioner Turley seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Turley made the motion to sign 4 Encroachment Permit Applications from Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative for Communication Lines on Fauth Rd, Fishel Creek Road, Hawk Creek Road and C A Road. Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to sign Certificate of Survey 2022-1 For a Boundary Relocation in the West half of Section 4, T-5-N, R-25-E, being tract 5 and a portion of tract 4 of Certificate of Survey 1994-1, submitted by Paul J. Mehi. Commissioner Turley seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

There being no further business Commissioner Turley made the motion to adjourn.  Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion.  Motion carried.
