  1. Public Comment for Coal Board Grant Environmental Evaluation of concrete flooring for Hawk Creek VFD
  2. Decide and vote on sponsoring Hawk Creek VFD in going for a Coal Board Grant for concrete flooring in their new building.
  3. Sign the Letter agreeing to submit Coal Impact Grant Application and Certification Form authorizing Musselshell Commission Chair to sign documents for concrete flooring in their new building submitted by Hawk Creek VFD.
  4. Sign the Montana Coal Board Grant Application Designation of Environmental Certifying Official for concrete flooring for Hawk Creek VFD.
  5. Sign the Letter Determining there is no Environmental Impact on the Coal Board Grant for concrete flooring in the new building for Hawk Creek VFD.
  6. Review and sign the Sky Hook Ranch Agricultural Covenant for the N2SW4 and E2SE4 in Section 15, Township 10 North, Range 25 East submitted by WWC Engineering.
  7. Review and sign the Agreement for Engineering Services between Musselshell County and Interstate Engineering, Inc. for AIP No. 3-30-0066-015-2020 Airport Improvements.
