3. Review and sign Resolution 2021-12 increasing the 2020/2021 Expenditure Budget of the Refuse District for unanticipated purchase of a piece of equipment.  The expenditure budget to                expend cash from the following line item:

5410-430800-940      Capital Improvements        $21,000.00

4.  Review and sign the Zoning Compliance Form for the West District Gravel Site in Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 24 East submitted by MGC Consultants.

5. Review and sign the Encroachment Permit for a cattleguard in Sections 18 & 19, Township 9 North, Range 27 East on North Gage/Gage Dome Roads submitted by Kilby Butte Colony.

6. Review and sign the Encroachment Permit for a communication line in Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 25 East on Goulding Creek Road submitted by Triangle Telephone Cooperative.

7. Review, vote and sign the Renewal for Professional Services Agreement for the Mental Health Center submitted by the South Central Montana Regional Mental Health Center.
