8:45     1. Review and sign the Assignment and Client Consent Agreement with Nexus CPA Group for Auditing Purposes.

2. Review and sign Resolution 2025-19 Adopting the 2024 Eastern Montana Region Hazard Mitigation Plan.
3. Appoint a Consumer Representative and Commission Representative for Area II Council on Aging.
4. Review and sign the Request for FAA Approval of Agreement for Transfer of Entitlements submitted by KJL.
5. Review and sign resolution 2025-20 to receive the Voluntary Fire Capacity Grant No. VFC-25-330 in the amount of $20,582.00 = 90%.
6. Review and sign Resolution 2025-21 Amending Resolution 2025-9 receiving the Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant FMA-PJ-MT-2023-001 for the purchase of the Busy Bee property to change the revenue account number.
