The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Turley, Commissioner Goffena and Commissioner Pancratz were present. Minutes were done by Garilynn Rapp.

Clerk and Recorder, Cheryl Tomassi met with the Commissioners to review agreement effective date with Justice of the Peace, Brad Marking.
Maintenance Supervisor Jett gave her update to the Commissioners. The maintenance shed is still waiting on electricity and exterior siding.
County Agent Solf met with the Commissioners to give her an update. She has a community member interested in renting out the horse barn for indoor riding this winter.
County Attorney Larsen met with the Commissioners discussing County legal issues.
Sheriff Lesnik gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. Reviewed department and staffing needs.
DES Coordinator Rook gave the weekly report to the Commissioners. Rural addressing has installed multiple signs with the new employees.

There being no further business Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to adjourn. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
November 13, 20233 Road Department meeting.
Commissioner Turley, Commissioner Goffena Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert and Secretary Newman were present.
East Parrott Creek needs some improvemnts due to spring flooding and Hawk Creek has had some culverts installed getting ready for mined gravel. They will be discussing possibly restructuring the Road Department wages and the probation period for new hires. The Commissioners are working on updating the Employee Policy. They are still waiting on papers for the Goffena Bridge. Going to check on maybe auctioning off some old equipment to help with the purchase of the new backhoe.
