The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Turley. Commissioner Pancratz and Commissioner Goffena were present.
Deputy County Attorney Krakowka and Theresa Doumitt were present.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda for the day. Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to approve the minutes from the October 4, 2024 meeting as written. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to sign the Mutual Settlement and Release Agreement between Roundup Memorial Hospital Association and Musselshell County regarding CDBG Grant funds once we get the actual agreement beside a draft copy. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Ms. Doumitt let the Commissioners know that the temporary fencing bill will now be in the County’s name. Snowy Mountain Development application for the hazard cleanup of the Wier building and the Coal Board application has also been filled out and will need signature on the next agenda. There will be a walk through of the building next week to get exact measurements with High Plains Architect and hope to go out for bids in January.
Rod Ostermiller and Jinell Bal with the Mental Health Center met with the Commissioners to introduce Ms. Bal and let them know that Martha Carstensen will be in Roundup at least one day a week starting soon. The Commissioners gave them our Community Health Worker Bergs number to possibly be able to assist each other.
The new Extension Agent Reed Cooley met with the Commissioners. He needs to get his budget from CFO Kirk and he is also going to try to have an open class for the 4H fair if it is allowed.
Deputy County Attorney Krakowka visited with the Commissioners.
Sheriff Lesnik gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. They County Commissioner want the Sheriff, Deputy County Attorney Krakowka, County Agent Cooley and the Clerk & Recorders Office to get together to form a policy on fairgrounds usage, especially once the new sites are put in, inside the fence. There needs to be a fee for camping. The Commissioners are hoping to hire a “parks person” to collect and enforce. They are hiring a Court Compliance Officer. Applications need to be in by October 25, 2024.
DES Director Russell and Coordinator Rook gave their weekly report to the Commissioners. The “Staff Stations” were still open last weekend but there were no fires. There were no new addresses this week. They are working on updating the resource book. They are moving forward with the buyout.
Treasurer Hetrick met with the Commissioners with the quarterly reports.
Jody Dahl with the Jody Elise Foundation met with the Commissioner with a possible solution for an office for the Community Health Worker.
There being no further business Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to adjourn. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
