The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Turley. Commissioners Pancratz and Goffena were present along with Clerk & Recorder Tomassi.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Pancratz made the motion to approve the agenda for the day as is. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the February 17, 2023 meeting minutes as is. Commissioner Pancratz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioners Turley and Goffena attended the MACo Mid-Winter Conference in Helena last week and discussed the different trainings that they attended.
Commissioner Pancratz attended the MDOT meeting along with the City of Roundup and Road Supervisor Stockert regarding snow removal.
Maintenance Supervisor Jett gave her weekly report to the Commissioners. The Commissioners reviewed the two bids that Mrs. Jett received for the gutter repairs at the Senior Center. Blue Mountain Construction has been awarded the job at the Senior Center. There has been air in the pipes at the Complex ever since the new hot water heater was installed and Pioneer Plumbing will be working on the issue.
County Attorney Larsen gave his weekly updates to the Commissioners. Sheriff Lesnik gave his weekly report to the Commissioners along with introducing new Deputy Sheriff Randee Randall.
DES Director Russell and Coordinator Rook gave their weekly report to the Commissioners. There was a house fire this morning which now has been extinguished.
The 3:00 business meeting had no items listed on today’s agenda.
Monty Sealey attended today’s meeting regarding the Central Montana Regional Water Authority and Roundup Mesa Subdivision water district.
There being no further business today’s meeting was adjourned.
