The Treasurer’s Office and the Clerk and Recorder’s Office each have a part-time position available. The duties for each department are as follows:
The part-time employee in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office will be responsible for compiling and recording all County employees’ time and payroll data to ensure that every employee receives an accurate paycheck. Duties include processing and computing employee time and payroll information. The employee will be responsible for maintaining all payroll and benefits records. Employee will also be responsible for performing specialized clerical duties pertaining to the administrative support of the County Clerk & Recorder/Election Administrator when needed. Applications can be picked up in the Clerk & Recorder’s Office at 506 Main Street, Roundup, MT 59072.
The part-time clerk is responsible for performing all duties that pertain to the Treasurer’s Office. Those duties include, but are not limited to processing motor vehicle transactions, billing and collecting property taxes, collecting and receipting all monies due to the county.

If interested, these part-time jobs could be combined into one full-time job. The time would be split between the two offices as needed. Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits.
