NOTICE OF CLOSE OF REGULAR VOTER REGISTRATION
AND OPTION FOR LATE REGISTRATION
Notice is hereby given by the undersigned election Administrator, acting in and for the District Clerks of the following Musselshell County, State of Montana, School Districts that regular registration for the 2020 School Trustee to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, will close at 5:00 pm on Monday, April 6, 2020.
Roundup School Dist. 55/55H Melstone School Dist. 64/64J Broadview School Dist. 21
Note: if you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by coming to the County election Office up to and including Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the County Election Office on election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.
All active and inactive electors of the above-mentioned school districts are entitled to vote in the election for the district in which they reside.
Ballots will be automatically mailed to active electors only. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the County election Office to update your information as necessary and to receive a ballot.
If you are not currently a registered voter in Musselshell County and wish to register, please call the Election Office at 406-323-1104 for assistance. If you have moved, please update your registration information by filling out a new voter registration form and submitting it to the County Election Office. Late registration is only available through the County Election Office, not the School District.
