INVITATION TO BID
Musselshell County Fire Departments, Musselshell County Road Department, Musselshell County Weed Department, and City of Roundup will be accepting SEALED bids on surplus vehicles and equipment as detailed on the Specification Sheet. Bids will be accepted in a Sealed Bid format. An Instruction to bidder, bidder form and specification sheet can be obtained from the Musselshell County Clerk and Recorder office at 506 Main Street Roundup, MT. Or a digital copy of the documents by emailing des@co.musselshell.mt.us with “SEALED BID” in the subject line.
Bid Opens June 24, 2024, at 8:00 am
Bid Closes July 8, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
All bids must be either be hand delivered to Musselshell County Clerk and Recorder office in a sealed envelope with SEALED BID written on the outside or mailed by the closing date or have a valid postmark by the closing date and time to:
